The Alpha Women’s Resource Center is excited to announce the launch of its complimentary “MomStrong Parenting Classes” for all expectant mothers. Starting on September 4 and running through November 6, these classes will take place every Thursday from 3 to 4 p.m. at the center located at 6479 Highway 43 North in Jackson.
The curriculum is designed to equip mothers with essential skills and knowledge, covering a variety of important topics. Participants can expect to learn about infant CPR, nutrition for both mother and baby, and effective techniques for soothing a crying infant. These classes aim to foster a supportive community where mothers can share experiences and gain confidence in their parenting abilities.
This initiative reflects the center's commitment to empowering women during their pregnancy journey. Expecting mothers are encouraged to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to prepare for the joys and challenges of parenthood.
