Inside Cristiano Ronaldo's parenting style: 7 strict rules he swears by

Cristiano Ronaldo is known worldwide for his incredible football career and his dedication to physical fitness. But off the pitch, the Portuguese star applies that same discipline to raising his five children. According to reports, Ronaldo runs his household with a clear set of rules that focus on health, respect, and hard work, leaving little room for the luxuries his wealth could easily provide.

First, junk food is banned. The children eat a clean diet similar to his own, with plenty of protein and vegetables. Second, screen time is heavily restricted. Phones and tablets are not allowed for long periods, and the kids are encouraged to play outside or do physical activities. Third, Ronaldo insists on good manners. Saying please and thank you is non-negotiable, and disrespect is not tolerated.

Fourth, the children must work for what they want. They are not given everything on a silver platter, even though their father is a multimillionaire. Fifth, bedtime is strict. A consistent sleep schedule is enforced to ensure proper rest and growth. Sixth, education comes first. Schoolwork must be completed before any fun activities. Finally, Ronaldo leads by example. He wakes up early, trains hard, and expects his children to adopt that same work ethic. For him, success is built on discipline, not on fame or money.
