La Crosse’s Parenting Place has been the recipient of a generous corporate donation designed to assist families with infants and toddlers. The facility, located on Green Bay Street, is set to receive a substantial supply of diapers along with various snack items, thanks to the contributions from U.S. Cellular and T-Mobile.
Jodi Widuch, the executive director of Parenting Place, expressed her gratitude for the donation, emphasizing the importance of having a reliable supply of diapers for new parents. Many families struggle with the costs associated with raising young children, and this donation is expected to alleviate some of that financial burden.
The Parenting Place is dedicated to supporting families in the community, offering resources and programs that cater to the needs of parents and their children. This donation will not only provide essential supplies but will also serve as a reminder of the community’s commitment to supporting its most vulnerable members.
